The Royal Infrared team had the challenging task of providing efficient heating to a house with over 350 square meters of living space and 3-4 meter high ceilings. The house was originally fitted with fireplaces as supplementary heating. But this is a very uncomfortable type of heating and only heats up to 3-5 square meters from the fireplace. Therefore, x10 Domus infrared panels by Royal Infrared were the ideal solution for heating these houses.

After a personal visit, each room in the main and guest house was inspected to get a more accurate estimate of the number of panels needed. The main ‘problem’ area was the living area where the ceilings reached 4 meters in height. The living area also included a dining area. The total floor space was, therefore, more than 50 square meters. Three infrared panel heaters “Domus” 900W and one infrared panel heater “Domus” 580W were needed for efficient heating. Depending on where the homeowners will be, the panels will be switched on and regulated separately. All panels are available to be controlled in a single application.
